Getting Better

It's getting better everyday.  I had some more angels stop by in the form of my parents and sisters to help me out. They not only got a lot of cleaning and organizing done, but they gave me the boost I needed to keep myself going.  Plus they brought ice cream for the kids and what could be better?
The other night while my mom and sister were here we got locked out of our bedroom.

Luckily the window was open a crack and Aaron could get Christian through.  Earlier Christian cut his finger really bad and at that moment we thought how could it get any worse?  It's funny how true the old adage "when it rains it pours" is.  But things are getting better.

Here's some pictures of my cute mom and sister

I'm so grateful for their sacrifice of time and energy on my behalf.  A big part of the trouble with the move is that the owners who lived here before we moved in were pet owners. We knew Christian tested positive for cat and dog allergies but he's never been exposed to them enough to know how allergic he is.  We took a risk in renting the house and now we know he's definitely allergic. Sooo....we're trying to do some deep cleaning to help him feel more comfortable.  It's a long process.

And last, here's a picture of the inside of the house and the mess. It actually looks twice as good as it did the days before.

As you can see from the picture we live in a log house.  I keep having this feeling that we are on vacation because of it. We must be in Island Park or Montana or something. Someday we'll go home?

Here's some outside views of the house.

It's a fun house in a beautiful area.   Someday the kids will see it this way???
