He and his cousin took it outside and launched it several times and had a lot of fun with it. Later on after we came home and as we were wrapping things up for the night the rocket game was still being played with. Christian kept wanting to launch it inside the house and Aaron and I kept telling him to put it away. Finally Aaron got creative and told us to all take a turn launching it towards the ceiling. Whoever could get it the closest without hitting the ceiling won. Emma was the winner on that one. Then he made up new challenges for us including shooting it through a hoola hoop hanging on the elk (Pete)'s antlers. This is called Red Neck fun on a Sunday night.
Anyway, there were tears shed because that's the nature of a family competition, but we had some really good laughs. The following video shows what happened after I finally got out the camera. Pay attention to the slow motion replay of Lindsey's flop. She's so dramatic especially since she didn't even get hit! She could fool any ref out there.
What would we do without Aaron?
