It was so fun to see Aaron out in the garage working recently.  With his teaching job and working on the house all summer he hasn't had much time or energy to do anything else. It's been months since he did something like this.  It hasn't been the same care free summer that we're used to having and it has been hard.  With all the stress of building the house and being in a new place and the kids constant fighting, it just hasn't felt normal.  This moment brought so much peace of mind.  It reminded me of the old days in Perry when Aaron could frequently be found in the garage working on one thing or another.

Soon the house will be done and that peaceful feeling will surely return.  Until then we'll keep plowing through it all.
